B&K Hybrid Solutions 

In 2021, B&K Hybrid Solutions moved to a new office and manufacturing facility, bringing along their existing factory and office staff. The transition to a larger space and an increase in staff numbers—from 45 to 125—created a need for more comprehensive cleaning services.

The challenges included managing three communal kitchen areas and numerous restrooms, all of which required consistent attention. As the workforce continues to grow and the office layout evolves with additional workstations, flexibility in cleaning services became essential. With high foot traffic from clients and external contractors, areas such as the reception and a large modern staircase required meticulous cleaning to maintain a high standard.

Spotless Cleaning was already B&K Hybrid Solutions’ trusted cleaning contractor at their previous location and continued the partnership when they moved to their new, much larger facility. The primary focus has always been ensuring that cleanliness is maintained, even as foot traffic increases, while minimising disruption to staff during working hours.
