What Makes Us Different?
At Spotless Cleaning, we stand out because of our extensive experience working with educational institutions and our deep understanding of the specific challenges schools face. We are well-versed in TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) regulations, ensuring a smooth transition when taking over school cleaning contracts. Additionally, we offer support with the LGPS (Local Government Pension Scheme), ensuring that staff are correctly managed in line with pension regulations. We understand that schools need flexible solutions, and our hybrid model, where the school provides some staff and we supply others, allows us to tailor our services to meet your needs and budget. We can also provide additional support services like caretaking and porters for larger establishments, ensuring your school runs smoothly. Whether you need cleaning done after school or before the start of the school day, or want additional staff to maintain cleanliness throughout the day, we offer flexible options to suit your schedule and requirements.
