Spotless Midlands were brilliant in giving our community building a deep clean, Easy to contact, all staff were friendly and very hard working. Carpet cleaned, hard floors machined and cleaned all windows and surfaces done. excellent job all round.

The cleaning service is excellent, regular on site visits by management team to review service. Matt is our regular cleaner and he is brilliant!!

I am very happy with the service we receive from Spotless. The cleaning staff are polite and diligent. If any cleaning staff are absent, Spotless will send stand in staff and there is a supervisor on site to deal with any niggles that may arise. I have found the management team to be extremely courteous and professional. They always take on board any concerns and try to resolve any issues in a timely manner, wherever possible ironing out any concerns straight away. They are very accommodating with additional requests and I think we have developed a good working relationship since I have been in post. I am more than happy to recommend their services to other schools.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Dawn who cleans Simpson in the evenings as the site looks spic and span and we are very pleased with her work. She is very professional, and nothing is too much trouble. I have also had no real rumblings from the factory for a little while regarding the cleaning so Tracey must also be doing a good job. Please pass our thanks on to both your team members. Their hard work is much appreciated.

I just wanted to make you aware that we have the public in today and we have received compliments that the facilities look lovely and clean. I thought it was so lovely to hear that our visitors have noticed and took the time to come and tell us, compliments to yourselves and to Dana, she is very conscientious and represents your business very well.
