Spotless offer a dedicated dental and healthcare cleaning service. We are experienced in the standards required by the CQC and have worked with our clients through many CQC inspections. We use colour coding of equipment for different areas, can provide DBS checked staff if required and are happy to sign confidentiality agreements.
Excellent Staff Training to BICSc standard
We recruit all of our cleaners ourselves and understand the importance of quality and reliability for your environment.
All Spotless cleaners are trained using our internal training regime. This consists of online and face-to-face training which includes CQC standards when working in a healthcare setting. Our Cleaning Managers are trained via the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) which is the largest independent, professional and educational cleaning body within the cleaning industry.
Our bespoke online training which is completed at the start of employment with us as well as an annual refresher course, includes modules such as health and safety, manual handling, electrical safety and vacuum maintenance, slips and trips, COSHH and PPE, chemical use and colour coding. Face-to-face, on-site training by our Staff Managers will include NHS colour-coded cleaning for different zones and record-keeping for CQC inspections.
Flexible Hours to Suit You
We don’t charge extra for out of hours cleaning as we recognise how flexible surgeries and practices have to be with their opening hours. Whether it’s early morning, evening or weekend cleaning you require, we are happy to work with you to suit your requirements.
Transparent Time & Attendance System
Our Cleaning Team use an app called Connecteam to log in and out of their shifts at no cost to you. Everything they need to be compliant is on the app making it really simple.
We can design tick sheets for your site that are located on the app and completed daily, weekly or monthly. These can also be emailed to you for your records.
Our staff remain safe as we’re alerted if they don’t clock out and you’re safe in the knowledge that you are getting the labour time that you’re paying for.
Monthly Site Audits
Our Cleaning Managers will conduct monthly audits of your site to ensure standards are being adhered to and that record keeping is up to date. You and our cleaning team member will receive copies of the audits and an action plan will be in place to improve any areas that are not meeting the necessary standards.

Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Data Sheets
Available electronically for all of our cleaning staff and clients. This allows our cleaning team to access the most up-to-date version at any time.
DBS Checks
On sites that require a DBS check or an enhanced DBS check, we will arrange these for our cleaning staff at no cost to you.
TUPE – Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)
A TUPE transfer will happen when a service is transferred to another provider. TUPE will be handled with the support of Peninsula, a global leader in HR, to ensure a compliant and smooth transition of the incumbent supplier’s employees. Spotless has handled countless transfers as TUPE is commonly applicable to contract cleaning.
